Return and Refund Policy

Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, all purchases are FINAL SALE and ineligible for cash/credit refunds. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. No cash or credit refunds will be given under any circumstances as we do not resell any items. In the event your purchase was defective, please see our exchange policy below.

Exchanges

A 10-day exchange policy is in effect for replacement only. This means that you have 10 calendar days after receiving your item (date of local pickup, local delivery, delivery confirmation from the carrier) to request a replacement if the item you've received was defective or malfunctions. Please be careful opening your product as it must be returned with all packaging, components, and instructions in its original condition. This exchange policy expressly covers items that were defective and/or malfunctioned within this 10-day period. Many of our products have warranties issued by the manufacturer that cover your purchase, so please check the box contents for additional information on registering your product(s) with the manufacturer directly. If the product was broken or mishandled by purchaser (dropped, water damage, etc.), or malfunctions after 10 days, you should check the manufacturer warranty and contact the manufacturer for a replacement item.

Order issues

Please inspect your order IMMEDIATELY upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, missing, or incorrect so that we may rectify the issue in a timely manner. You will have 10 days from the date of receipt or confirmed carrier delivery date to report any issues with your order. After this period, the order will be closed and no adjustments or exchanges will be made. NO EXCEPTIONS.
