Local Pickup & Delivery Policy

For your convenience, free local pickup is offered to customers who would like to receive their orders as soon as possible, with no additional charge for the convenience of delivery. As I am not located on-site full time, orders will only be available via scheduled pickup. As I need to make myself available to accommodate your pickup, please adhere to the following:

• Free local pickup is available by appointment only.
• You MUST set your pickup time when placing your order. 
• For same-day pickups, allow a minimum of one hour to prepare your order.
• When your order is ready, a pickup notification will be sent to you. 
• Please have your order confirmation to pick up your order. 
• Failure to pickup your order at the scheduled time without one hour's notice may result in rescheduling your pickup for a day/time at my convenience
• If pickup time is after 7pm Tues - Sat or ANYTIME on Sunday/Monday, you must call 262-389-6316 to notify me of your arrival, as access to Sherman Phoenix is closed to the general public.

Sunday: 11:00am - 7:30pm

Monday: 1:00pm - 8:00pm

Tuesday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Wednesday: 1:00pm - 8:00pm

Thursday: 12:00pm - 2:30pm & 4:00pm - 8:00pm

Friday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Saturday: 11:00am - 10:00pm

Local delivery is offered as a convenient option to reduce the transit time to receive your order; however, it does not mean instant delivery. Please allow a minimum of one (1) hour after payment to prepare and dispatch your order. After your payment has been confirmed and your order has been fully processed, you will be notified by email when your order is ready for delivery. When your order is dispatched to our driver, you will receive a text message alerting you that your package is on the way with an estimated time of arrival. Delivery is offered Monday - Saturday between 11am - 10pm and Sunday between 11am - 7pm. Please make note of the delivery times and select a delivery address you can be reached during those hours. If you wish to change the delivery location of your order AFTER it has been placed, you may be charged an additional convenience fee.

In the event you are contacted and offered delivery because your address is within our route for another order, you acknowledge the acceptance of local delivery in lieu of shipping waives any claims to lost, stolen, or damaged packages provided by shipping insurance and will not hold Lascivious Vibes liable for the items after delivery has occurred. A photo of the package at the delivery location will be texted to the phone number placed on the order.
